Payments

We believe that oral health is part of overall individual’s health that affects the whole physical appearance, emotional status, functional well-being and quality of life. Ideally, financial considerations should not be an interference to achieve these goals.

Your financial arrangement will be discussed following the diagnosis and presentation of treatment options were established, according to your concern and needs. We are compassionate towards your financial capabilities.

We are a fee for service office which means payment is due at time of service. We will gladly bill your insurance as a courtesy to you.

Method 1
We offer a 5% courtesy discount when the fee is paid in full by cash, money orders, or personal check, on the first day treatment begins. We recognize that you may request a predetermination estimate from your insurance carrier. The courtesy discount does not apply to implant procedures. It will be your decision whether you choose to file your insurance claim at the completion of your treatment, or if you prefer, we will do it on your behalf. Credit card payment cannot be used for this courtesy discount.

Method 2
The total fee will apply, as shown in the fee estimate. We require 50% of the total treatment cost at the beginning of your treatment and the second half at your next visit. If you have insurance, we will bill them and reimburse you any extra amount they pay us. The 5% discount does not apply to this method of payment.

Method 3
Visa and Master Card are accepted.
