Removable Prosthodontics
1. Immediate Complete Denture
Poor periodontal prognosis of maxillary teeth required extraction. Immediate maxillary complete denture was inserted at the time of teeth removal. Mucosal tissue in two weeks following extraction.
2. Interim Complete Denture
This patient received multiple implants for future fixed hybrid prostheses. Soft tissue conditioning liner was added on the maxillary and mandibular complete dentures that will serve in the interim stage until all the implants integrate in 6 months.
3. Esthetic Complete Denture
Patient would like to have esthetic improvement after wearing the previous set for almost 20 years. Better esthetics is achieved by providing a natural smile line, different mold selection, and lighter shade. Notice with the new set, it shows a little bit of the lower anterior teeth when she smiles to give more youthful appearance.
4. Metal-based Removable Partial Denture
It is a good alternative treatment for those patients who are not a good candidate for implants nor with their time and financial limitations.
5. Resin-based Removable Partial Denture
This patient required to have the prosthesis in 2 weeks for the holiday and her incoming trip. A beautifully fabricated maxillary resin-based removable partial denture not only can achieve her concern and expectations, but also restore her function and esthetics.
